Most print, television and video offenses within the classroom are reported by parents, students, or colleagues with a grudge. During public performances or on the Internet, transgressions are visible for everyone to see and people are watching.
So....if you have never angered a parent, student or colleague, then you do not have much to worry about...
...unless someone in your building has angered a parent, student or colleague who then reported that person for copyright violations. In the subsequent investigation of school or school system practice, your own violations will come to light.
Copyright violations do not usually fall under criminal law. They are considered civil law. You have no 5th amendment protection against self-incrimination in civil law. If your school is investigated, you can be compelled under oath to testify as to your customary and usual practices in regard to copyright law.
